Hello there, I am a guy who is 22 years of age. I was playing basketball earlier today and I found out that I am not full of energy as I used to be. What is wrong with me? Please help me out. This is really quite a mystery. I mean my back hurts like hell and I was so tired that I had to go to sleep after lunch.
This is quite simple. You probably haven’t played basketball for some time now. This is understandable. You should be active physically more often. You should train something. I know that you must be busy but some free time should be spent on this. You will be more fit and you will improve your general health.
