Epigastric pain unknown origin, I have mild GERD and calcular gallbladder

Attacks of severe epigastric pain not radiating to back, no fever no jaundice, upper endoscopy mild GERD,, MRCP showed sclerosing cholangitis and calcular gall bladder,, the attack not always caused by same type of food,, i May eat same food without having the attack.
