my husband has exyreme pain when he finishes. and for a good bit after. it started all of a sudden about 10 months ago. we have no ins. and havent been able to get him seen. it's not getting any better. i've read alot of stuff on it. but there is no signs of abnormalness in the area. so now we only try about 2 times a month.

Regardless of the insurance, he needs to be seen by his doctor or better yet, a urologist.
Prostatitis is just one possibility. Epididymitis is another. Both can be caused by bacterial infections.
Left untreated, depending upon the cause, it can lead to further complications.
