Hi there! I couldn’t find face and necklift forums , so I will just place my post here. I have been thinking about having face and neck lift done, and I am interested in price, and the procedure itself. Thx for the info!!!
Hi there! Face lift cost ranges from £4,000-£8,000, and neck lift from 3,500-£4,000. The procedure takes from 3 to 5 hours and the results may last up to 10 years. The most important thing before having a lift is choosing a qualified surgeon. Before the surgery starts, you will get a general anesthetic. During the facelift, incisions are made along the hairline, beginning with the temple and going round, behind each ear. The surgeon pulls the facial skin up and back. Sometimes underlying tissue is repositioned, and fat removed from under the chin with liposuction. Facelifts are sometimes performed using an endoscope, which does not leave scars.
For a neck lift, incisions are made behind or under the ear and skin is lifted into place. Fat and muscle may also be removed from the neck. The first couple of days following surgery are the worse. There may be pain and swelling, bruising, and numbness. After 10 to 14 days, a person can go back to their routines.
She works in Moscow and Tbilisi, Georgia, the costs will be lower than getting it done in UK, even with the travel expenses. It's like a medical holiday, you go away, see the city and get a top notch SMAS (3D) facelift done by a PhD, M.D. who specializes only in face and neck surgeries and nothing else!
Good luck! :-| :-P
to clean and easier to use and not having to press hard.
are you satisfied with your neck? My turkey neck is gone but I still see the skin on my neck I feel could have been pulled tighter. My jowls have improved but I see the deep lines are not full anymore but still see indentions where my smile and jowls were. I am only 12 days in. But if that skin looks loose now I can't see it getting tighter? But waiting patiently for full recovery. Had a hematoma in my neck (ear and neck was purple) that doctor drained twice already and praying it won't need another drain as the lump in my neck is still there and was a painful experience. I think Venessa that we just have to be patient. Where is your lump?
Hey, The recovery process takes a while. I'm sorry to hear that you're still seeing lumps in your neck and the indentations from your jowls. Unfortunately, there's nothing that can be done about the lumps, as they're just part of the healing process and will resolve themselves. The indentations in your neck will get smaller. Draining a hematoma can be a painful process, but it's needed to prevent the lump from getting larger. I hope this helps.
Hey, the procedure to get a facelift depends on the kind of person it's performed. Each individual's facial and body features are unique, so it'd be unlikely for two different patients. The common practice is to make an incision starting from the front of your ear and reaching right up to your hairline. Then the incised skin is separated, deeper tissues gets tightened, and the skin would then be draped again. More than anything else, the level of success depends on the shrewdness of the surgeon you went to.

Hi! It's a good place to ask about that. Talking about price, it can really vary from place to place. It's usually pretty costly in the USA, so many girls do it abroad.
Don't feel bad. I had my neck drained 3x also hematoma. Ugh. face did improved BUT main reason was my turkey neck and still loose and jowls. Sadly I had to DO AGAIN second operation to tighten done in 5 months from the first. Well I now see a difference, why wasn't it down like this the first time??? But honestly, not tight and worry that the skin will not last 10 years. Lucky if it is 5 years from now. Fingers crossed its longer. The second time used "transfer fat from my tummy" and now one side of face is more fuller. The fat transfer helped fill in my jowl lines. (when taking photos I need to tilt my face so you don't see the fullness on that side) You do heel my first in 5 months later did finally look normal but then again I had the second and now waiting for swelling to go down. Neck is awfully tight and will need to take the course and wait. Three months in saw a bump same place as before and had to be "drained" again.
