Sorry for the long story!!
I am absolutely fed up, I and constantly tired, I sleep anything from 12 to 15 hours a day and sleep more. I have suffered from reflux for a couple of years now and last summer it got quite bad. I take tablets for it daily. In the summer last year I became quite ill with the runs and was loosing blood and clear fluid for about two weeks, (the blood was in and out of the stools and at times I passed nothing but blood and clear fluid) I also had bad stomach pain that went with it. I went to see my GP who said I had gastric yet I only two weeks before this happened I had what I thought was gastric and deal with it as anybody would (ride it out). However he done loads of blood tests and all came back clear apart from the white blood cells being high. He sent me away and told me come back in a month for another blood test. So I did and still the count was high. He then told me to come back two months later for another blood test and still it was high. By this time I was loosing blood from my rectum about once or twice a month about from what I could see an egg cup full a time maybe more. With my bowel movements not regular like they used to be he referred me to a specialist to send a camera up my rear to see what is going on, well in December or saw the specialist who said I had a polyp but they would need to go deeper to see what else was wrong. They would send me an appointment well I still have not had this appointment and have been given a follow up appointment that was meant to be done after the operation to remove the polyp and see what else is going on. The thing is I am still waiting but I am starting to worry.
I am getting weaker by the day, I go to work and after about 2 to 3 hour I am ready to sleep. I get nausea when I smell certain things and at times it gets so bad I cant eat. Last month I lost a stone in weight because I could just not eat, (however that weight has pretty much been put back on). I have very bad headaches and dizziness. Reflux aching bones and kidneys. I have done more blood test with the specialist but haven’t had the results yet.I have also over the last three months been getting like very mild cold like symptoms that does not help with the fatigue.
Any help would be great.

you taking any statin drugs ?
