Determine where your initial thoughts about the act came from. Women experience various lows and highs pre and post ovulation. It is very normal to have the urge to have sex. Masturbation is what you make of it. It is a great stress reliever, it prevents you from having sex with random partners, and it provides you a great opportunity to learn more about yourself sexually. As far as religion is concerned please research it for yourself, please read your Bible or religious text and do not leave it up to others to determine whether it is right or wrong. Here's a thought provoking question- which is worse a pedophile that acts out his/her sexual desire with children or the teenager that acts out his/her sexual desires by masturbating? Sex can be beautiful or very ugly, it is what you make it!
