heres my problem when i swallow i feel a big chunky lump in my throat for 4 days so far. anyone know what it is?

Those are called tonsil stones had them for years, they are relatively harmless but stink terribly and I had my tonsils removed cuz of them.
I am 16 and I don't smoke or anything and I feel I have a lump in the back of my throat what could this be? I do worry a lot about small things! Could this anxiety effect my throat? Please reply if u can relate to my problem

i get something like this too like every 2 days i would get this sore throat feeling its coming from the upper part of my throat and i get it up by hacking it up too its like red with mucus and i always feel like i have something in my throat and im constantly clearing it. its very anoying.
I over dosed on pills earlier today, not a life risking over dose, and I dunno if that would have anything to do with a pretty big lump across my throat below my atoms apple.. Would any of you know anything about this?? It'd be a lot of help..
pus pockets or particles of food gets suck for days in your throat Saliva begins to break it down that why the smell. I had that long ago gargle any chance you get with salt warm water. :)

If it is foul smelling and somewhere from yellow to green in color it is normally tonsil stones. They normally occur after or during a sinus infection. They aren't anything to worry about, and are quite common with long term Smokers. If there is swelling in your throat with the tonsil stones though, you should talk to your doctor about tonsilitis and possibly having your tonsils removed.

Have the same feeling and it seems to come and go... But when it comes it's constant. I've tried nasal rinse, Benedryl(which worsens restless leg syndrome, yay!!) and nasal sprays nothing seems to work beside just riding out the storm as usual...
