Hi, I am almost 20 weeks pregnant and I recently began itching in my lady area. Not only that but I have a light brown discharge that has been getting more and more noticable. this is my first pregnancy and it has me worried. Should I change my appoint ment from a few days from now to sooner or should i just wait?

Light brown, as in blood? While normal in your first trimester you should let you doctor know of any bleeding second/third trimester.
You could have an infection causing the bleeding, maybe a yeast infection.
You say your appointment is in a "few days." I take that as less than 3. Unless things change significantly you can probably wait until then. Obviously, if the bleeding becomes worse go to the hospital or see your doctor ASAP.
