Is this a good first time protein shake???
1 raw egg
2tbsp coco powder
skimmed milk
ice
yoghurt
penut butter
never made one before is this ok??????
I assume you're using natural peanut butter? Depending on the amount of peanut butter it's ok for a protein shake but doesn't contain as much protein as you would think. It depends on your goal. If you're wanting to gain muscle then no it really isn't sufficient. You should go with 3 eggs (you can use only the whites if you wish but not necessary), 3 to 4 tablespoons peanut butter. To enhance even more you could add a half scoop of whey protein powder. Skim milk has protein but also carbs, it's ok to use it though. Yogurt has a little protein but is really considered a carb due to the amount of lactose present.
