Are you uncircumcised?
It may be a yeast infection. Guys can get them too. Even if you are circumcised they can happen but are less common.
If you have a foreskin are you cleaning the smegma under it?
Why does it feel like I have a cut on the side of my penis? And I've noticed a smell coming from my genitals, and my penis is sticky.
