I drink a flax seed fruit smoothy, thats fruit,water,nf yogurt,carrots,greens,and oodles of pulverized flax seed all blended up together. When I drink this nightly, following my gym workout, I seem to feel almost too full. I think i may be overdoing the flax seed, but Im constipated the next day . Therefore, I try to take in more flax seed until I achieve a desired effect of bowel movement control. But when I feel full after these flax and fruit shakes, my tummy feels so distended and like there is pressure on my abdominal area to the extent of almost vomiting each time I have one of these shakes at night. I dont think Im allergic to the flax, or the fruit. I think I just feel so full. What should I do when I feel over satiated in my tummy?Drink more water???
