Okay I had posted a previous posting about fluttering and twitching in lower stomach. Well, its still happening its been a week. I had a tubal ligation (clipped) over a year ago when i was 23. For the past week I have been feeling some symptoms I cant figure out what can be causing them. One: the twitching and fluttering in lower stomach. Two: my lower back keeps getting worse each day like I am going to start my cycle. Three: getting menstrual like cramps but nothing is coming. Four: I am 3 days late. My cycle has been on time on the same day for the past 3 months which I thought that will be my set cycle day, but the day has come and gone and no period. Feeling sick everytime I eat sometimes sick to my stomach where it feels like I am going to vomit or have to go to the bathroom or both. What can cause these symptoms? Is there a higher risk of tubal ligation failure in younger women under the age 25?
Hi: Below you will find some info from one of the sites about the chances of pregnancy after a tubal:
A recent study has estimated that 143 women in 10,000 get pregnant after a tubal ligation, making the percentage about 1.43% which is better coverage than you’ll likely get from other forms of birth control because of the human error. In these rare cases, the fallopian tubes often grow back together, allowing the egg to come down and be fertilized and then move into the uterus. Many of these pregnancies actually turn out to be ectopic pregnancies because of the damage done to the tube during a tubal ligation.
I have read on other sites that a tubal doesn't increase the chances of a tubal pregnancy. But what I would like you too do is go and get checked out by your doctor. JUST in case you have a tubal pregnancy. It is too early for you to feel fluttering, but threre could be more going on. So get checked out OK? Because IF it is a tubal pregnancy you need to get that seen too ASAP!!!! Let me know how everything is OK? Good luck and health

okay...I had started 7 days late and now I had stopped and only had it for 3 days. Now my stomach is tender I cant put any pressure on it or it will cause bad cramping in lower stomach.
Hi Lovey: I want you too go get checked out by your doctor, this is starting too sound like your ovaries are acting up. I know that some people believe that after you have a tubal, that other problems can start.
With your period being wonky and the pain, and now even the fluttering makes me feel like your ovaries might be tensing up or having spasms. Have them do and ultrasound too check out for any cysts, or even an infection. Let me know how everything works out OK? Good luck hon1
