Hi,
Is it possible to have a mild gas pain travel into a man's groin?
Intermittently I will feel a slight tingle travel down my penis. Lasting only for a second or two and not painful at all, I usually end up passing gas shortly afterward, or later on that day. However, I don't feel any prominent gas cramps or movement in my abdomen.
Thanks.

What the funny but reasonable question! I often think about such weird questions but never remember to ask actually.
The thing is that I too often experience pelvic discomfort when I want to push to “pass gass” - I won’t say fart, hehhehe
It is usually in the lower abdomen not the groins but it goes away straight after I DO IT.
I mean, I do know what gas is and how it is created but I can’t think of what could cause the pain and discomfort! Do you have any theories?

My gas would be a gas pocket. Which could be more severe after eating. My dr suggested Tagamet which helps to break down the gas which is pressing against the intestinal wall causing the pain
