The best remedy for the gauding is first use soap and water. Nystatin can be given by RX (you should get this from your doctor if you suffer gaulding or monkey butt often) but if you dont have time and need immediate relief...use Monistat 7, Lotrimin AF, or Micatin all will work almost immediately.

You should try Secret spray deodorant! Reduces friction of skin and prevents irritation. Works great!
It’s sounds funny, but I’ve been using this for years. It works just have to remember to put it on!! It’s messy too but we’ll worth the mess! Just Sayin
