I'm 16 and I know I don't have the "biggest nail in the hardware", when in erect I'm about 4 1/2" long (don't know the girth) will my penis grow anymore.... It just started to get longer a year ago but I have had hair "down there for about 2 Years" (if that has anything to do with it).

Your penis can continue to grow into your early 20's.
Average for an adult is 5 - 5 1/2". You're pretty close. We all develop at different rates/times. Don't compare yourself to others.
Besides, it is not the size that matters. Most of the nerves in the vagina are near the outside. Anything over 3" can reach them.
No girl you're close enough to have sex with should ever comment on your size. You wouldn't comment on her breasts for example? With sex comes maturity.
