I had gallbladder surgery about 2 months ago, they had to convert to the open procedure, my scar is almost 10 inches, plus the 4 small ones from when they tried to do lacroscopy.
1 week after coming home from surgery I pulled something in my left side just under my ribs and had to go back to the hospital to be treated it was so incredibly painful.
I've also just had a baby (4 months ago) and after being pregnant for 9 months and then having this radical surgery I feel like I'll never be able to use my stomach muscles again!
My main problem now is that I have horrid back pain in the middle of my back, probably from not using my stomach muscles, but I am too afraid to exercise in case I over do it and pull something or give myself a hernia!
Does anyone have any advice or know any good low impact exercises for me to start with!? I was thinking beginners yoga? Are there exercises I should avoid??
HALP!
THANK YOU!
