16/male here

I recently been having some right testicle pain..I waited just under a week to say anything to my parents as i was hoping it would go away on its own..It didnt so i told my parents they thought it would be a good idea i went to the hospital i did..he examined me..and told me i had Epididymitis the testicle infection..he gave me some anti-biotics which seem to be working..but my groin is still aching..its very mild but more annoying then anything..I havent been eating or sleeping much at all since ive been so worried..im a bad hypercondreact and i keep thinking im dieing..its very hard to go to the hospital since im so scared there going to find something. If anybody could please help me of what it could be..its a mild ache in the groin sometimes on the right side sometimes the left.i felt around and i cant seem to feel anything..is groin pain normal when having this infection? anything at all would be a great help..If anybody could help relieve me it would be a great help also..i keep thinking i have cancer and im going to die..please help =(
