yes, i know u can use a phone for this, but in a way i kinda wanted u 2 answer this question:

It would, but probably not much. It might take some work but if you took apart a fan or anything with a motor (best if its battery operated, if it plugs in the wall itd be dangerous to use) and glued a small weight (hunk of lead, steel, rock, anything) to the side of the motor's axle (you can experiment with different weights), it would throw the center of mass way off and so make the whole thing vibrate when turned on. You could then glue a tube or toothbrush or something really well to the side of the motor's housing, and voila it vibrates and you can do anything you want with it
it would be less discreet than a phone or something though, i imagine youd have to hide it

How do you use it and what part
I use a Xbox controller.
