Same with me. Constant ringing in my ears for 5 years now. I find that when I lie down the ringing turns to a whoosh sound and causes more discomfort. The pressure seems to always be there. And like you, I have had irregular heart beats for a year now unrelieved with antidepressant, blood pressure or thyroid medication, of which I take all. There has got to be a solution to this. I can't imagine going the rest of my life with these symptoms. I am wondering if it is related to female hormones? I have had a hysterectomy approx.3 years ago.

I have had the same symtoms. I tried Xanax but it only helped for a little while.
Stay away from bad carbs. Exercise, do a detox of metals. I have done Candida detox and did make me feel a lot better. Eating more veggies and fruit help.
Avoid fried foods as much as you can and meditate. Unfortunately it takes a very long time to get better but you do. Just keep a good diet and exercise schedule..ur body is just fighting toxins and it is very hard when you don't take care of yourself. It does get better...good luck.

Get on a WFPB diet (both of you) and see if that doesn't clear up these issues--especially the heart!! Check out the documentaries Forks Over Knives, What the Health, and read up Dr. Esselstyn and his heart research. Wishing you all the best!

I have the same symptoms. Was wondering if there was mold in my apartment. Ringing ears are driving me crazy. Your solution makes perfect sense to me and I'm going to try it.

Look into awakening/kundalini. It causes body changes. The heart chakra causes palpitations. You are not dying. But, the doctors already told you that. Hundreds of thousands of people are going through the same thing. Do a search, online. You have nothing to lose but a little time, because you are not dying. Take good care of yourself.
