I agree with the people that say you have POTS. It sounds like you probably have ehlers danlos syndrome too, a common cause of pots. Do you have really flexible joints? Most eds people do. Eds can cause Arnold chairi (which someone else mentioned too). It sounds like you have that. It is a triad of syndromes That commonly occurs together. Eds causes your veins (and other connective tissue) to be overly elastic so when you stand, blood pools in your extremities. This makes your body think there is not enough blood in it so you pour out adrenaline. Your heart starts racing, usually at least 30 beats over your resting rate. This causes fatigue. Having eds makes the connective tissue around your brain loose too. This can make your brain herniate a small amount and causing increased pressure in there, which explains the tinnitus, base of the head pain etc.. All of this can be treated but not cured. Its not your thyroid. You have POTS and chiari.
I also have problems with back pain and just recently was in a car accident ,me the passenger took the impact on my side of the car. They had to cut the doors off to get me out. Now I have the crickets cheerping non stop in both my ears. I am a complete mess and getting so fustrated that I can't talk about it to anyone without crying. I had a back injury at work in 2003 . I was working in the homecare field. I suffered ever since with horrible back pain even though doctors I was sent too said all was fine. In 2011 I woke up to not being able to get out of bed the pain was sooo bad. Once I got up severe pain going down the right leg . I went to emerg. and after an exray doctor said just soft tissue damage and gave told me to take a muscle relaxer. Ater a week it was so much worse went back to emerg and another doctor gave me Percoset? But the three patients before me got the same results for completly different injuries or complaints so it seems that was the drug of the day and I did not fill the script.
I went to my own doctor as I was in so much pain , constant sever pain going down right leg. I was so miserable I could not do a thing and could not be around people. She gave me something for pain and she sent me to Sunnybrook hospital to a doctor Lee and hehad an MRI done and said if not better in 3-6 months no other choice but to operate as the spine was shifted to the left and pinching off all the nerves. I was going to Lazar and Chiropractor with no improvement even making it worse he told me to stop both of those right away as sever damage could be done and not reversable. The surgery Disc removal and fusion in lower back, was done in Nov of 2012 and immediately relief from pain going down leg but long recovery from surgery and ongoing pain in back . The surgeon states no cure just a fix and he can't fix everything. I have applied for disability on my doctors advice and have been turned down as my situation is not covered under disability and not likely to reocurre . I am still in the situation so not sure what they mean? I had colon cancer in 2010 injury in 2011 and surgery 2012 and accident this feburary . Can't get employment ' heck I wouldn't hire me if I saw me coming!! Not sure where to turn for help and most days just want to die. I also have migraines and have since I was 18 years old as other members of my family do too. My dad had migraines ever other day and died when he was 38. I also have sinus headaches and did have surgery for that in 2002 and would never have that again!! Still have sinus headaches nearly every day and migraines 2-4 times a month . I need help with living and coping with all this but it seems that everyone just wants you to go away and not bother them, maybe because they don't know how to help you? The homecare company was no help just said they did not have modified work and let me go.
Stress? Yes wouldn't anyone dealing with all this. I was a happy functioning person before all this happened. Able to work and garden, go for walks , enjoy my grandchildren. Not now and I miss it alll.
Try methylcobalamin B 12, folate and other natural B vitamins, look up MTHFR mutations.
Have you tried a sleep study to see if you have sleep apnea? I have similar issues and found out through a sleep study that I had sleep apnea. (Although it is more common in overweight people, they have found that it is common in all body types - I am tall and thin.) Good luck
Could be pheochromocytoma ?
All of that is cause by sinus infection your body continues to fight for infection thats why you are experiencing tiredness.
I too have had these issues for a long time!
Years ago I walked around with a C4 compression fracture of my neck and didn't know it! ( happened at work and they told me I was fine and to get up, that I'd be ok)
Like a dummy I believed that!
I obviously wasnt, I had severe pain and finally went and had an x-ray to confirm why I hurt!
I could have died ...Anyway I have all of these symptoms years later and I'm sure that's the culprit but getting any real help for the symptoms, I've run into a dead end!
The symptoms are scary to say the least!
Anyone out there know of a Dr who will actually connect the dots for me?
I now reside in Texas

What kind of all natural did u do to relieve symptoms
Look up POTS
Have you ever been bitten by a tick. Could be lyme disease. The tests for lyme are inaccurate, so you may need to see a lyme literate Dr. (look up what that means.) Normal Dr.s don't know most of the facts about lyme, so don't go to one if you think lyme may be a possibility.
Allergies....watch what you ingest
See an acupuncturist
