I need help. For 3 years i have masterbated everyday and in the 2nd year a fairly straight line of redish-brownish colour and rough feel developed on my penis. Its been on me since then. i have tried stopping for a week but no results. Will it ever go away? %-) do i need treatment? have any of you guys had the same problem?
i have tried nearly every forum on the net and noone can help me? i have a doctors appoinment on the tuesday and im hoping that he doesnt see the line on my penis for Personal reasons of course.

Masterbation does not cause cancer, depending on how you were doing it you might have just roughed it up too much. Relax a bit, I'm sure you are fine.
I had the same problem 5 years ago. I went to the dermatologist and he diagnosed me with cancer. Now the red/brown line is gone along with my penis. SEEK HELP NOW!!!

I don't really know what you mean by a reddish brown line. Does it hurt at all? Does the skin around it look inflamed (like your skin does after you get a cut or scrape)?
Masterbation does not cause cancer, depending on how you were doing it you might have just roughed it up too much. Relax a bit, I'm sure you are fine.
Nothing to be worry about. It sounds like you are exercising your penis! and It is a good thing. The line(s) are the same way as you life up weight at the Gym, you will have the blood lines shown on your biceps. I personally believe that it is a good sign, and your penis has been exercised daily. :-)

Just because there is a darkish red/brown line on your penis is nothing to get upset about.
The fact that the first poster was going to the doc on Tuesday is a good thing, but the fact that he hopes the doctor DOESN"T notice is not smart.
After all, he's worried and he'd like to know what it is!
So, point it out to the doctor so that he examine it and set your mind to rest!
Red lines or discolored patches don't come from masturbation. (*Unless you're rubbing so hard that you're scratching or irritating skin!)
And it sure won't be cancer. There would be other symptoms!

ROFL! this just made me laugh! when i went to the Doctor for the yearly check-up i had the same thing. i was nervous, so when the Doc saw it she laughed and whispered to me *i see you've been playing around*. my mom didnt know what was happening but in the end the doc told me I was ok. no need to worry. she also asked if it hurts: it doenst hurt me. so yeah she said i was ok unless it hurts YOU!

take it easy if ur like 13 or 14 or older than its ok it means uve been circumsised. if u still have your foreskinn the talk to your doctor if u have been and its there then thts completely OK dont worry its just a scar and women dont care
Gentlemen, their is a deeper problem for what is happening here, we should not be abusing ourselves in this manner masturbation is truly a problem. I yearn to please the woman of my dreams but we must EXERCISE PATIENCE masturbation is a problem for me... honestly I do not want to do it, yet I feel the urge daily.
