I have had a anal fissure for around 3years now and during this time i have also found it difficult to get a erection that is 100% my erections usually only get to about 80% of there potential, can anal fissures cause erection problems??

I had Anal fissure, did the advanced flap surgery and I had problems with erection as well, doctor gave me viagra to help but don't use Viagra when using nitro ointment. It's normal and this thing takes time so don't worry and just relax hopefully it heals fast.
