ok im tryin to loose wieght with in 6 days would me not eatin anything help me loose weight before school starts??!!
if you stop eating food, you'll lose a kilo on the first day, half a kilo on the second and weight loss gets less and less as your body holds on to the fat and slows the metabolism. that makes you gain weight once you stop dieting and going back to eating normal food. my advice for you is working out. eat healthy small portions once in 3 hours and drink lots of water. good luck :)
