You are never too young! My father passed at 45 from a hole in his heart. I am only 35 now and I have sinus tachycardia and right ventricle enlargement. I know if I exercise more this will go away and diminish in time. Taking care of your body is the best way to improve overall health.

I had a heart problem 2 years ago. My heart rate was 255. They gave me a shot that stopped my heart. Very strange feeling. A few weeks later I saw an amazing heart specialist at St Mikes hospital in Toronto. Had an ablation surgery. Please get it checked out.

I had this a few times HR 140, sweaty weak and felt faint. Saw Cardiologist for stress test which showed heart muscle is strong. I wore a cardiac monitor for one month which revealed "extremely heartbeats between 110 and 155....Never knew it. I had an extra conductor ablation. Happened again today....weak, cold sweat, feel faint" An electrophysiologist did the procedure but it's back.

I believe in your case acid reflux is the culprit. I was having heart palpitations and discovered it was caused by my acid reflux. Try to get off the nexium because that is what is wreaking havoc on your body. I call it an acid attack! It’s scary but really your body is fighting because it needs good bacteria and bad bacteria in your gut. The nexium gets rid of all of it causing all kinds of strange symptoms.
