I have finally decided to lose weight! Believe me, this is something that I really need to work on with some urgency. I started eating less and have cut out snacks totally. It is going fine, and I already lost 2 pounds. But I get terrible cravings all the time. Perhaps there are some herbs that could help?
I think that the best method is drinking a large glass of water every time you get uncontrollable cravings. You know, water fills you up and will make you feel like you don't want to eat. This is assuming you are not hungry of course. Even when you are on a diet, there is no need to starve yourself.
