He didn't shower during this one hour so I don't know if there is still sperm left in the tip of his penis or if he had precum. Can I get pregnant if his penis didn't went into my vagina? Later on, he put about 1.5 inch of his penis in the tip of my vagina with a condom which lasted about 3 seconds...can I get pregnant this way then?
Most likely you are not pregnant. If you waited an hour before actually doing contact between the penis and vagina and you used a condom, you should be safe. Sperm only lives for so long.

The sperm must go into the vagina in order for you to get pregnant. Although you CAN get pregnant from pre-cum, it is less unlikely than cum itself.
