I am 24 years old and I like exercise. I wish to enhance my muscle development and I heard about homemade shakes consisted of proteins and carbohydrates. I know that on the market are those with different flavors, but I am interesting to make one by myself in the kitchen. Which flavor is preferable?
Depending on a drink category, you can make banana, chocolate, coffee, fruity, cottage cheese, nutty or oats drinks. My two favorite are 1) yogurt + 2 eggs + 3 spoons of honey + bananas or 2) cottage cheese + small quantity of yogurt + 2 whites of egg + strawberry + sugar substitute.
