If you really want to lose weight, you need to focus on what you eat. Reduce that amount of carbohydrates you take in and exchange them for healthier foods like fruits and veggies which you can eat in abundance because of the very low calories. Also, higher your protein intake by eating healthy foods that are high in protein like nuts, fish, and chicken. Avoid red meats, sweets, and bread for those can affect your weight! Exercising is another thing. Work on small cardio exercises day by day. You need to train your body to resist and to become stronger. In this process, you can reduce weight and build up muscle. No guarantee that you will lose weight in a week, but if you do this for a while, long-term results will show, and I hope that you lose weight up to your liking! Just please, do not strain yourself.
