Hi I'm 12 and i weigh 160 and I really don't like exersise but i want to look good and skinny because i love bikini's I want to wear one but I can't. I am doing the swim team this winter so hopefully that helps but please let me know anything that might help and let me know if you want me to hook you up with any swim team i will be happy to thanks so much. Hello I'm 19 and I had that same exact issue except I was was 5'5 and 159 pounds when I was 12. I felt really self conscious in front of my skinny friends especially in gym dressing out. I had a crush and one day my friend dared me to tell him I had a crush on him and I still remember at this day he said "You are so obese why would I date someone twice my size". Of course that made me sad but I realized that it really wasn't my problem it was their problem they couldn't except the way I was and that shouldn't make me all sad. What I did too lose some pounds was too start writing down what I eat so I can eat 1 junk food a day so everything else must be pretty healthy and than I started track and field which took me to 159 lbs to 110 lbs in 3 months. But I just want you to know that their was one point I lost too much weight so make sure you don't do that because I had to see a therapist for my health because I was at 85 lbs at one point which was too skinny for my age and height. Hi Guys,
I was 5 feet and 120 pounds. Now I am 5 ft and 90 pounds. I totally LOVE how I feel I never want to go back!! I started eating all clean and running 3 times a week. Also 3 times a week I do 60 pushups, 60 burpees, 60 situps, 60 box jumps, and 60 lunges. I eat a big old cheat meal a week and I feel great. I eat a ton of food but, it is all healthy. Even though it is tough, I feel awesome and I am super proud of myself!!! I totally get how you are feeling!!! Just do it!!

Hello, I currently need help. I've been having stomach issues for over 2 years now and met up with a surgeon. He refused to do surgery like my mom wanted and said I needed to lose weight, because that might help. I am currently 12 years old. I am 5'7 but I weigh 220. My BMI is 34.5 meaning I am overweight. I've tried in the past to lose weight but couldn't since I literally can not eat fruits nor vegetables with out throwing them up, yet I did exercise. It would be a lot harder now since it is difficult to exercise without have excruciating pain. Please Help! -BB

Same! I'm 12 and I weigh 104, every time I try I just fail! But if the season is rt, XC or Track can help! I lost 5 pounds from just a season of XC

Hello Jerseygirl, first of all I totally agree with your mom's point that you would become skinny as your age progresses. But since you want to get in perfect shape for summers and also don't want to starve. In this situation one thing that I would advise is to change your eating habits. By this I mean is to start taking healthy diet that is full of nutrition and has least amount of calories. Also make sure you avoid junk foods as much as possible. Some of the low calorie foods are oatmeal, wheat bread etc. Also start doing some physical activities like jogging or taking a walk so that you can burn some extra bit of calories. By this way you are eating healthy food that keeps you energetic and not increasing your calories as well. I hope this proves helpful for you.

I'm turning 13 and I'm 50kg and 155cm. Is this healthy. Plus everyone around me is petite so I feel fat.I'm also thought of as 'greedy' even though I probably each healthier than everyone else.
I can never lose weight. I do cardio I'm on the netball team and I'm on the swimming team but I have to 'suck in my gut' at meetups because I'm the fattest there

Hi, Im 12 yrs old and i am REALLY FAT! Im 177cm and 160lb ! I hate my weight and height:( all my friends are so beautiful and skinny.. i try to exercise/diet or eat healthier.. but IT doesn't work! My min says Im not fat at all! But my dad says so.. ;( i really want to become one of those pretty girls on social media.. but that will never happen vevside Im 2 fat.. there's This not in my class wich i AM very Good friends with.. but i LOVE HIM!! I've Bern in love with him for like 6 years!
