i am 170 pounds and cant fit into any of my clothes i have no clue what to do and its sooooo hard to miss out on a juicy burger from bk i cant stick to it and for u who said u dont need to woory about it ur terribly rong im not popular im compared to the creepy dirty boys in my calss why!!!! im never mean to these other people im as nice as i can be i get good grades and everything help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!:'(

Yea i'm 12 years old too and I see your problem. Yes I used to be like you. I also didn't make a habit that easy either. But I have a picture of me from when I was overweight that I kept in my room. Every morning I would look at it and it would encourage me to lose weight. I would wake up early go running outside, and ride my bike, and do whatever I felt like. I ate leaner. And I have been doing this for about a year and I look better and feel amazing. You will gain confidence, a better attidude, self- esteem, and feeling better about yourself. But first try to accept yourself. Because everyone is beutiful. Maybe some are on the outside and can be sour on the inside. And some may not be as beutiful as them on the outside but they have it on the inside, and that is where it matters most.

I totally understand your problem. You weigh 154 pounds and you're 12. Okay then, how tall are you? You can determine how much weight you should lose then, because taller people should weigh more than smaller people. I'm twelve too. I weigh 116 pounds and I'm almost 5 feet 4 inches. I weigh a tad too much, I think anyway. So, you want those pounds off? Join a sport like, for example, tennis. You obviously want to lose weight ASAP, and tennis is a vigorous sport. Lots of running, jumping and hand-eye coordination.
If the other girls laugh at YOU, well, they're sure jerks! Don't put up with it. Just look them straight in the eye and say firmly, "I don't appreaciate what you're doing. So STOP." If you have to, let your anger loose on them and they'll back off. I totally know what U mean about the bikini- my BFF is having a boy-girl party and inviting 3 or 4 of some of the cutest guys in the grade.... don't know how that'll turn out- but, all you have to do is have fun. Don't excersize if it ain't fun. You won't lose any weight. Do a sport that YOU and only you enjoy, and forget about everyone else. Good luck. Remember, YOU ARE A BEAUTIFUL GIRL ON THE INSIDE!!!!
