You could start with that by playing for your school then eat more fruits and vegetables. You can't just eat LESS because that's not all you need to do. U should try and go on a diet, if eating less doesn't work, than just eat more vegetables and fruits. and don't worry about your teammates making fun of you. Many of them are probably trying to lose weight too. You can always jog, or just go to the park and play with friends to lose weight. Don't stress or think too much about it

same deal here i am 12 and weighing in at 132.3lb it is really depressing but im working hard but here r some tips my mom showed me in this movie
first of all dont do a diet it does know good.the reason is it just is tempoarly it does NOT last forever u can lose up to how lb u wants but if u dont maintain that diet all the weight comes back
second always and i mean always keep your body fulll of water and nutrients that means if your having dinner and somebody offers u juice milk soda or evan vitemin water this is what u sayquote"NO water plz"it comes in more handy than u think u will get this in your daily routin if u stay focused
third this is a big one read all ingriedients if some thing says hi2fruit cornsyrup or somthing like that its NO if something say sugur cane it NO all these little things r the things that will help you
fourth try and cut down on milk this might b gross but if u didnt know that most of our milk has tiny spects of puss puss is bacteria in cut its that yellow whits stuff the reason milk has that is bcuz of the cows whe they milk them the machines may give them cuts and through the weeks those cuts are not cared for and form puss wich eventually will get in your milk
fith at lunch during school it would b better to bring your own food
sixth this is VERY important you should juice your food and by that i mean get a pure organic salad and buy a juicer online it work way better than a blender and it can b used for lunch dinner and breakfast if u consistenly use it for a month u can lose up to 100lb believe it or not depending on your height and weight
seventh get rid of ALL junk food
eith stay active go on runs walks even a simple game of tag is great for your body

Well you shoulnt worri im only 11 i already am 5 foot 7 and wen i last had to go to the docs i wieghed in 174 i was shaken but idk i just eat salad cut down on the junky things and eat helpfull cereal during the morning. Also when you are in P.E well idk about you but we run laps, but try not to stop when you are tired just keep runnig along

Im 12, 13 in a week or so, and I am wanting to lose weight. I haven't checked too recently, but I am around 130lb. I am male, and about 5'1. My friends say I'm not overweight, or fat, but some of them are only 100-110lb. I exercise daily for at least an hour a day, I drink lots of water, and I play sports. I'm not sure why I weigh a lot, I have a brother the same age as me, and he's only 110lb. You can see I am larger than the other boys, but it's not like you would see it immediately.
Any suggestions? I would like to lose at least 15lb in a month.

Okay well you will need real will power for this, i'm 12 and 80 lb but I look really fat, my friends say im not but its what i think i wanna lose weight. About 2 months ago I started going on 30 min runs daily and if i have to go upstairs or down stairs i do it 2 or 3 times if i can, I only eat 300 calories a day and I used to be 90 lb and now I am 80, also I am looking to buy food pills. And at school people call me spazmin minger (my name is yazmin miller) and this boy called tom says I had aids and all that sh*t, a girl in my school gets called earthquake aswell omg i feel so bad i laughed at her, im gonna apologise tomorrow, anyway being bullied is easier then it sounds, literally this is what I said to tom "Tom u do relise that aids is a desise where if u get a cold u die, its not funny and u can say what ever u want to me but i dont care, it just shows u aint got a life because if u did u would have better things to do then be a c**t, i dont care how i look, I cant belive that u would because people cant achually help it" and if he thinks of a come back just say "do u want me to tell miss" or somthing and then he should back down.
