i should try doing a video game like just dance 3 it helped on my cousin who is 14 and she wieghed 137 and came down to 98 just by palaying for a whole month.

IM kinda in the same situation but i have alot of mussle that i dont want about 60% of my body weight is mussle! but ur beautiful on ther inside and out just try to excersize daily and sweet heart.... CONFIDENCE!

Me to!! dont eat any fast food, chocolate or drink soda. drink WATER like a lot of WATER. My mom says I is skinny but i am nt and it is so anoying!!! you must exersize a hour a day and i dont mean walking.

I'm a 12 year old boy and about 5ft 8 inches. I weigh about 140 although my bones are very thick and I am very muscular. I do about 15 hours of excercise a week-walking, running, football/soccer, cricket, tennis, hockey, rugby.

Sorry chick button are NOT and I repeat are NOT going to lose 30 lbs in a month. And if the guy don't like you as you are then you don't need him.. And eat less carbs. At lunch and dinner. Don't skip any meals... You are going to shoot for in between 2-5 lbs lost a week.. You will NOT lose more than that healthily, just sayin. Hope it helped!

You guys are gonna do great!I'M 12 too I'm not as much but (116lbs.)but you guys,I do a workout for 1 hour 3x a week and it ius helping soooooo much I can tell just in my cardio my strength and many other ways that its helping.Keep up the good work youre doing great!!!!

I also have the same problem.. I saw a cute bathing suit but i was afraid id look to fat in it,and all my friends would be skinny. I would just stay confident and try to do as many push ups and sit ups you can each day (:

First, that depends on your height as well, to determine the normal weight for you. So, search on Google your age and height, then normal weight.

Second, I am 12 years old, 5 feet 5 inches, and 172 lbs, and I am working hard to lose it.

Third, I would personally suggest you go to your local market and pick out ONLY healthy foods, such as:

Meats
Fruits
Vegetables
Dairy
Grains

Fruits such as apples, strawberries, tomatoes, bananas, oranges, etc. are healthy choices, and not that expensive.
Vegetables such as potatoes, broccoli, lettuce, cabbage, asparagus, etc. are healthy and taste good.
Meats such as beef, pork, fish, and chicken are often healthy, if you cook them the right way.
Dairy such as milk, eggs, cheese, etc. are an essential for strong bones and teeth, so you would be able to do excercise for the weight loss.
Grains such as whole-wheat/grain bread is good and delicious.

Also, drink water, milk, and 100% juice for a tip.

The fourth thing to do is to start a DAILY 2-3 hour excercise. If you have a Wii and Wii Fit, that is an indoor activity. And if your back hurts, I suggest using an inversion system to relieve it. The outdoor activities can be anything that includes:

Biking
Walking
Running
Jogging
Swimming
Baseball
Basketball
Football
Soccer
Climbing
Hiking

These are good examples of outdoor activities that can both be fun and exercising, and also get you on the right track to a new you.

Lastly, you might want to tone up and get some curves, by stretching, bodybuilding, and yoga. This will help for the part of the bikini in your article, and make you look amazing and stunning in it.

Yeah same situtaion. I know girls our age usally do stop eating but thats deadly so dont do that. i wouldnt want you to become anorexia but anyway u need to start eating fruit when u start geting hurgry like for snacks and dont drink soda and yeah u will get a sweet tooth but you gotta say no. Umm if you want something sweet to drink, ask your mom can u go to dollar gen. and by a hawiian punch sugar free packs. its really pretty sweet (my fav is lemon berry i thinks that whats its called)and its 5 cals a bottle which actully helped my dad lose 20 pounds(and working out) and work out more and maybe jog or start doing sports and i think streght. and the only thing you should really drink is water.:-D

im 12 too and i lost 80 pounds in 6months by a healfy diet and eating right and exercise is the biggest key as u get older ur body changes and loose wight real fast now u can do this just stick to ur gut

i no most people say that exercise exercise and cut down on food but u no wat u can lose weight by eating at the same time everyday and eating a balanced meal with protein carbs and vitamins then youll losse weight but u hav to give up snacks not completly but u cant eat a lot of snacks

I'm 9 years old and I weight 78 pounds. So I tied everything and nothing really worked except: eating fruits, veggies, and drinking water. Also try walking at least 45 minutes a day. Last eat only when u r hungry. And u will lose like 10 pounds in a couple of days.

Just stick to a healthy diet and exercise daily. By exercise I don't mean vigorous exercising, just go out and play tag with friends, or just go swimming. As for snacks stick to carrots and dip and yogurt, in stead of chips and ice cream. Ok?
