Hi, I'm your age and I weigh around 130 it's normal for us kids at this age to get a little fat cuz we're around the ages when we hit our growth spurts I think around the 130 pound range is good for us right now,when we hit our growth spurts most of your chubbiness should go away after you grow,you grow quite a bit from your growth spurts so try to lose weight if you would like or maintain this weight but maybe you could wait til you hit your growth spurts then see where you stand then you can lose a couple pounds if you want.

I'm 12, 5'1, and 105 to 110lbs. Is that considered fat?

Same problem! I'm 12, 5'1, and 136 lbs. All the bmi things say I'm overweight, but one I had to put my age in said I was obese! I'm literally crying right now! My mom said that if I lost 30 pounds, I wouldn't weigh enough, but it would be average for my age if I did. I'm thinking about starving myself, even though I know it won't work, and hurt me. I just need to be skinny! I'm too fat, and nobody loves me because of it.

Hey there right now is a difficult time you girls as puberty messes with emotions and physically what did it say your bmi was at? A healthy bmi range is 18.5-24. And try not to stress you are obese just slightly overweight. Even just loosing MABY 10 or 15 pounds can help. It's good that you are concerned about your weight but do not get obsessive. Just try and focus of eating a more balanced diet and adding a little more exercise throughout your day

hi I am 12 years old and 170lbs I would like to be about 150lbs in 1 month by the time school starts again but I keep excersiseing but I go and eat a fating meal right after a need ideas that will push me to eat better motivate me I want to lose 10 pounds by next wensday july 27 2016 because of a vaction and I really want to fit in a beautiful bathing suit so like I said I need things that are going to motivate me so someone pease help me I really really really really really really need it thanks you soo much and goodbye

I'm a 12 year old girl and I am 130 somethin pounds and now that I've seen that there are others with the the same problem I don't feel so alone I feel better by if I try to workout or eat healthy I fail so I will try my best to stay healthy also don't forget you are beautiful no matter how you look

Listen i used to feel the same way u did your young some of the fat on u is still baby fat u will loose ot when u are a little older for now relax your a kid block out the haters and if u really want to loose wait do a sport portion your food god maid everyone their own body and he thought it was prefect if he didnt think it was beutifull he wouldnt have put u on this earth i hoped this helped have a little confidence sweetie!

Well your really young... I'm 12 rn but I have depression and lots of other issues... But you should try excising more than just a week and maybe you should cut down how much fat you have but don't feel pressured your young and will always be beautiful. If you are worried how others think try to hang out with them and do a sport or just show them how confident you are with yourself. Don't show them your insecure about your body make them look up to you...
I think if you really want to lose weight exercise more days and it really depends on what exactly your trying to do so do some research on trusted sites and you surely might find exercises that fit your ideal

If u have a lot of junk food in ur house focus on something else if ur tempting to take some candy.its alright to have one every once in a while but be more active play a sport at least go outside and play like Pokemon go and walk around lol.

Listen I am 12 and I am 123 pounds listen you are not gonna lose 30 pounds in a week but in 3 Months yes. When I was 6 years old I was the had more weight the. I have now back then I weighed the same as u basically. I was misbehaving and my mother sent me to Philadelphia for the summer in her aunt's house. I was there for 3 Months everyday I ran across the street back and forth for about 5 laps after 3 Months of that everyday I lost 60 Pounds.... Then I gained half of it back XD! The point is just run around your block 5 laps everyday for 3 Months and you should be 90 - 100 pounds. Good Luck :D
