I have the same problem! I weigh a lot, and I'm 12. People always tell me how big I am even though it's not my fault. I have been born with broad shoulders and a huge stomach, so I have no control over my weight. Just a reminder, there are always people out there supporting you, I'm here, and I understand.

That's a struggle. Like someone else said u should lose 2-3 pounds weekly. Eat a protein bar for breakfast everyday either K bars or kind bars. For lunch eat something medium sized like a slice of bread and peanut barter with any fruit and any veggi. For dinner eat something very light
Like a salad (this is very important WITHOUT dressing) if u want a snack eat carrots or celery.
Lastly another thing that is very important drink at least 9 bottles of water and at least 5 full cups of pure "Salada" green tea.
Drink this before exercise. When u first wake up. Before u sleep. During breakfast. And for dinner.

Yes, I am 12 years old and i weight 165 pounds. I feel like i am worthless and no one likes me. I told my dad about it and he took me to the doctor and the doctor said it was just muscle. See i have skinny legs but a big stomach. I stared to drink water and juice insted of soda. and kool-aid. I started eating more fruit insted of junk food. I have lost 10 pounds in the past 3 months.I can see the difference. My size was large and XL now i am mediums. I feel proud and i work out when i can.Its been hard to work out becuase i recently broke my foot,so thats pushing me down. But i hope this give you some tips

Woah lady calm down I'm 12 too and I know what it feels like for this to happen. I am 136lb and all my friends look amazing, she just wanted help not a critic on her confidence. She isn't too young to be worrying I know what it feels like. I feel awful in MY skin and all she wants is help.

Hey,I'm only 12 years old and im trying to loose about 60 pounds.I want to loose weight before summer comes back around. I have went on just about every website that I know,to help me loose weight and what to eat.At school my coach have us to do exercise everyday about 45 minutes ,and I dont see the difference.(WHAT CAN I DO TO LOOSE WEIGHT????)

Just keep exersising and hint don't starve ur self and eat when ur hungry and work out little by little a kids body can't lose 1000 pound in 1 min or hour

I gave this advice in another discussion, but I'm going to copy & paste it as i think its will help you a lot k!

Hey!

Its okay to eat yummy comfort food, to be honest, its not so much about what you eat as much as it is How you eat. Here is my suggestion as a great place to start:

When you cup your hands together in a bowl, that is how big your stomach is, & how much food your body can handle to use & digest :) So someone with big hands can take in a lot, & others with smaller hands, well...not as much.

Divide your day into 3 sections. Lets call them morning, afternoon, & evening. In each section of the day you get one segment of time(say an hour) to eat your meal in order to nourish & feed you for each section of your day.....

In the first section, morning, lets call the first 1 hour segment breakfast.  For breakfast say around 7am eat your favorite foods but the key is you can only eat within that one hour and you can only eat the amount that fits in your hands cupped together.

In the second section, afternoon, lets call the second segment lunch. For lunch say around 12pm You can eat what makes you soooooo happy! BUT you only have one hour to eat it, AND it must not exceed the amount of your 2 hands cupped together ;)

In the third section called evening, lets call the 3rd segment Dinner. You can feed yourself a delicious dinner of your choosing around say 6pm. Remember- as long as you love it, it does not exceed the amount as your 2 hands cupped together and is eaten within an hour. 

Since you have an hour for each meal, you can chew your food slowly and feel happy about what your eating. Its the best hour in each section of the day because you get to EAT!

Even if you exceed the amount of your 2 hands cupped together sometimes, its okay, your body can handle anything right. Just don't do it every time or you won't see results. 

No eating or snacking between each of those hours you get to eat okay :)

Once you have this pattern down( which won't take long) You will feel a lot better.
