I am 12 and I weigh like 115. I am trying to loose a little bit of weight, but i am like 5'5, and every one says that I am so skinny, but I still want to be skinnier. My goal weight is like 105.

i know how you feel i weught 237 pounds i dont look that big but i am and i am asamed that i got that big if i was 154 pound i would care wat ne body said or if they made fun of me how gives a f@#k they just iggnorant get over it i am going to the 8th grade and they can all kiss my a#$ forget about the people that make fun of u they make fun of me just have confidence in your self and get a high self esteem :D :!: :!: :!: :!:

I was 12 and I weighed 189lbs. This girl in my class weighed literally exactly the same. We were both very self conscious and we became besties really fast. We made a promise to each other to lose weight by the start of 7th grade. We both lost 15-20lbs in those 4mo or so and now we are 15 and we weigh about 130lbs. We just lost weight with friendship :-) I'm surprised it really works

hey really you people arent s****d for wanting to know how to loose weight, i say good on you, because if you want to then go for it if you think it will make you feel better about yourself, just make sure you dont go overboard and get anorexia or anything like that, now another reason you may be overweight and cant get rid of any is because of puberty and during puberty you gain ALOT of weight, some girls gain more than other girls, but just read over some of those other girls helpful and i bet you will be thinner, happier and much more more confident in your self because no one deserves to get bullied or feel bad about their bodies because they are the bodies that we have to live in for the rest of our lives, so dont let your weight pull you down because all of you sound like beautiful, insperationonal girls on the inside and out

oh poor thing i am now 24 years old 5 months pregnant now you see my husband married me 6 months ago and we had *** after a month. my hubby always said that i am large breasted and i need to lose weight but its oky just enjoymyour life. now im pregnant and 10 stones im very skinny but large breasted and large bum aswell yesterday me and him was sitting on the couch chilling eating chips my husband kept squezing my nipples and he forgot the bump and went on to my breasts and then we got carried away a bit too much i got a bit turned on aswell im very s*** my mum says to get a reduction for my breasts. i dont care now sex helps losing weight.

listen when I was twelve i weighed 137 pounds, so trust my I know how it feels anyways...

Detox, you loose about 10-20 pounds, do it once awhile like once or twice a month to keep cleaning you entestiens you wont loose weight if you did it yesturday and are doing it today. Drink 8 cups of water a day for a week you loose around 10-15 pounds. Try not to eat anythin to calorie layden do not count calories you will become obsessed but like for part of your lunch or for a snack eat a 100 calorie treat (they taste good and are healthy). Eat fruits and veggies but if you eat to many fruits you will be sick and have tons of calories per day. Try to make small changes and it will make a big diffrence like ask parents to buy skim milk (i dont find much of a diffrence between the 2% and skim milk). Try to eat smaller portions but then more of the portions then you would with meals. One more thing do a little jogging or walking in a day maybe 30-60 minutes, and whatever you do do not do cruches or sit ups all they do is bild up a beutiful hard pack of abs under stomach fat witch will make you look fatter and the scale will be more from the muscle grown under their and if you are healthy at that age its perfect cause when your older its harder to loose weight.

HEY THERE I WAY 8 1/2 STONE AND AM 12, I USED TO BE NINE AND A HALF, EVERY DAY, I DO SIT UPS FOR 30 MINS, THEN I DONT EAT ANY BREAKFAST, I DRINK LOTS OF WATER. AT LUNCH TIME BECAUSE WE ARE AT SCHOOL, I HAVE HALF A CAN OF 80 CAL VEGGIE SOUP, THEN I HAVE AN APPLE FOR MY DINNER, IT MAY SOUND LIKE STARVIN YOURSELF AND WHEN I FIRST STARTED YOU FEEL HUNGRY BECAUSE YOU NORMALLY EAT MORE, BUT AFTER A WHILE IF YOU DONT SNACK AND STICK TO THE PLAN, THEN YOU DONT EVER FEEL HUNGRY, ITS AMAZING, AND IT DOESNT CLASS AS ANOREXIA BECAUSE YOU ARE STILL EATING, I LOST 1 STONE, SOO QUICKLY AND THEN CHRISTMAS CAME ALONG, AND I PUT IT BACK ON AGIN, COZ IM SUPID, SOO IVE HAD TO START AGAIN :-( LOL XXXX THIS IS THE BEST EVER !!!

I have the same problem and i 12 years old and 5'1 and weigh 144 :-(
I am Very embarrased about it and my friends tell me I am not fat but I know they are joking
I am just can't wait for the day that i walk into school and someone goes "Wow you've lost weight"
I just want to look and feel good
Although don't get me wrong you don't have to be skinny to be pretty :-)
I have some tips for you guys :-P
Drink water
Eat your 5 a day
Look at each and everything you are about to eat and think is this healthy if not put it back :-D
Don't let your body tell you you are hungry if your not :-P
Set goals and if you don't reach them work harder and find out where you went wrong :-))

I'm 12, i lost 10-15 pounds in about a month. This is what i did (i did lottssss of research to find all of this)
1. Don't eat more then 2 snacks a week
2. start off with trying to get into shape for the exercise part. Do about 20 jumping jacks a day and 10 sit ups a day.
3. You'll notice a BIGGG change after about 2 weeks when u work out, then after u start to get into shape (you'll know becuz you'll feel a difference) do about 200 jumping jacks a day, do 20 sit ups, and about 30 squats
4. DO NOT eat after 8. Only on special occasions. Try not to though.
5. you should of lost weight by then... :] good luck!!! (i weighed like 111 pounds.. not that much compared to u, but i seriously felt very very unhealthy. And my doctor said i was about 10 pounds overweight and i needed to excersise ALOT more. So i did.. now i'm the average weight)

i'm 12 and i weigh about 139... i just came from a party with a bunch of boys and tons of girls! i was so left out and i was pissed when they told me that im fat... blah blah blah!!!! i need help,.... and even my mom thinks i look fat but i still dont think its just my bone!!!!!! ITS DEFINATELY FAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-S

what i learned in health is that it takes 20 min. for your body to recognize how full it is so if your at a dinner or just at home eat slowly it can really help i weigh about 140 12 im 5-3 and i dont look asmuch as i weigh but i want to lose weight but, igot the weight from bein inactive for 3 months do to sports injury so and im happy with my life cuz ive got great friends and a great life i deal with it but i know i can lose that weight :-P
