I know its hard and ya im a girl and iv got the weight off i used 2 weigh 140 now i weigh 110. I am so happy with myself and feel so much better. What helped me alot is a. to think about how good it would feel to be skiny. B.i rememberd me always telling my self that i want to look like her all the time so i said to myself what if i could look like her. I cut back on my calories and no i dont mean to count every calorie you eat i mean to just cut back eat what you want but in moderation. What helped me alot also is what i drink.NO MORE SODAS!!. I no it sucksbut you really should be drinking green tea or water. Fruits and vegies are also good but dont over do them that will just put you in the same situation again.Also what people hate the most exersize. Even if its turning up the music and dancing to your fav song.
Just get off the coutch and stop watching T.V. Go outside and run around if you have to just move. you might think im being strict but you will thank me. and another thing is NO MAJOR DIETS! THEY ARE ONLY TEMPORARY.

I have the same problem! i am 12 and 6 months and i weigh 29 kilos. all my friends weigh 49 or less!1 :-(
but what i do is drink water and exersise ALOT!
but whatever you do, DON'T stop eating!!

i kind of have a similar probably a weigh around 120 and i lift weights with 10 lbs on each side 3 times in sets of 10 and then i ll do 10 push-ups in sets of 3's and curl-ups or sit-ups

I know how you feel. I,m eleven and I'm 1111b i try so hard to lose weight. My mom is very sick almost all the time. So she never gets me into sports. My dad is far away and I never get to see him or talk to him . And not haveing parents there to motavate me to lose weight. it's very hard to lose weight. Im always eating one of those tv dinnners or i get fast food. And the worst part is my clothes are so small because my mom continues to shrink them in the dryer. And my mom acuses me that I'm geting fater.But I dont think my stomach grew 2 in. since lastnight when I took my clothes downstairs from the time i get them in my room the next day. And I tried exsplaining it to my mom but she does not believe me that my clothes are geting smaller and continues to say that I'm just overweight. I really want to lose weight I'm tired of being the fatest 5th grader in my grade cause evreyone els in my grade is like 70 or 80 pounds and im sick of being made fun of :$ I wish someone could tell me how to not only lose weight but to be helthyer. I have the same problem. My older brother is loosing weight and he's super skinny now. So I want to be skinny so my stupid a$$ little brother would stop trying to put me down! Well we need modivation, my modivation is the guy I like. Also its good to excise in the morning and at night. When u get up do thirty minutes of cruntches of sit ups. Crutches are better for your back then sit ups and work way better. Also try eating 1500 calries one day then 1600 calries the next. But when u excise u need to always loose more calries then u ate. :-D I'm 139 pounds I play a ton of sports, but I need to get rid of my stomach fat, and that's like it. Ya the thing about muscles and bones is tru, my cousing weighed like 240-250lbs when he was 16 and there wasn't an ounce of fat on him he was all muscle so if you have muscles and weigh a lot then its not fat its just your muscle making you way so much. So don't worry about your weight if you are a muscle person and if your not then stick to exercising and you will lose the weight :-D !!

hi im 12. my name is cindy. and i have exacly the same exact proplem. i really dont agree with people saying that ur too young to worry about ur weight but thats now true... cause if we the teens of my age dont worry about that it will get worse over the years. and then we have to work even more. it doesnt matter the age. u still have to exercise and do things to maintain health and not be fat. oh and i weigh 150. just weighed myself and sarted crying. then my parent had a conversation with me. my mom said that we r going to start exercising everyday and eating the right things. so now im not alone on this.

There's always some girl who tells me every day that I'm fat, or makes some stupid comment about how my cheeks are too fat, etc. It gets really annoying. >;) I recently tried going on a "diet" but its just really hard to eat 600 calories a day when I play on sports teams and work really hard in school (your brain uses about 400-500 calories a day). I have no idea what to do, because I really want to lose some weight. I've almost considered becoming bulemic.
