im only 83lbs.. but my sis shes 14 and she wanted to loose weight, and she did it ! she lost 25 POUNDS IN JUST A MONTH. and she did it buy.. becoming a vegitarian. and drinkin lots of water. and she went to the gym/exercised. daily!maybe you should try :-D Lots of Love from ~ bRianna

HI. and i have the same problem. im about 138 pounds. i eat LESS that 1500 calories a day ( 1500 is the amount to stay thin. ) i dont have much time to exercise, but i have an hour and half of gym at school AND i run when ever i go around the house. I saw this really cute bikini, but im too chubby to wear it without being made fun of. even my boyfriend (yeah yeah i know im too young to be dating 8-| ) said i was fat. my mom says ill get taller in the 7th grade or 8th, but i cant wait that long. someone plz help me find something that doesnt have me work out 2hrs a day.

Dear, I am sorry but I now how you feel I am 10 and people think that I weigh 70 but I weigh 90 pounds. I wouldnever give up and you will grow out of it. :D And I feel bad but there is a girl in my grade that shows her weight. My friends laugh but I should stand up. Thanks :!: :!:

HI! I know how u feel darlin! i way 189lbs! o.O and i get reeeli uncomfortable near ppl bcuz a fink dey are wondering "omg! she makes elephants luk anerexic!" It's hard 2 lose weight but what u need da mostt to lose weight iz will power...and lots of it! i'm in year 7 and wen i was in yr 5 i weighed 168lbs! it's unbeleivable aint it? i joined an all girls football, badminton, dance and cricket club and so far it's been 2 weeks and i have lost 6 pounds. a week of excersise wnt do nofin so try excersing 4 a month and you will see major results. I hope i was helpful enough? :-D :-D :-D

im .. and i weigh 112, thts alot for a girl who plays alot of sports. so im right there with you.. just eat salad and healthy stuff instead of pizza and etc.. and yeah with the sport part do what YOU* want top do pick any sport.. so what if ppl make fun of u for wanting to play a sport.. ur prolly better then half of them tht playy(: anywayss good luck.!!*(: :D

I have the same problem !! All my friends are so light and skiinyt and then theres me havny and fat ): A wanna lose weight fast !! But nuheen has worked for me !! Ave been excersing for aboot 2:30 hours a day and thts mean for a monthy and a half ! %-) What do i do x? If you wanna loose weight then you can loose it! its not hard if you actually try and you are never too young to loose weight if you are obese at a young age e.g. under 16 and listen to people who say "Oh! youre too young to be loosing weight" and you agree with them then you are never going to loose weight. If you dont start trying to loose weight you never will. I knew a woman who was 20 stone and she was only 18 and when she was younger she was trying to loose weight but then people starting saying to her youre too young to be loosing weight THATS NOT TRUE and that was the reason how she got to 20 stone.Because she listened and stoped dieting.
If you are trying to loose weight do it NOW and do it HEALTHILY if you dont do dieting in a healthy way can be dangerous.
If you wanna loose weight you have to exercise, exercising is very important and have to do it for atleast half an hour a day.
Aswell as exercising you have to eat healthy. All you need is breakfast, lunch, and dinner.Remember dont starve yourself! if you are really hungry have some fruit as youre snack. So remember if you are over weight or obese you can loose weight now no matter the age and all you need is half an hour excercise and youre breakfast lunch dinner and fruit if you get really hungry.

im a 11 year old girl and i weigh: 8 stone 8lbs and a quarter :$ . Im extremely embarressed about my weight and im not quite sure what to do... I worked out im gaining A STONE A YEAR o.O which is terrifying me... Someone please help me and encourage me with some tips i dont what to be like 20 stone when im 20! o.O

Like what other people said, you need to start exercising and stop overeating. I have the same problem, im 12 (going 13) and i weight about 125 lbs. I think you shouldnt worry about the weight, you should concentrate on being healthy. what im doing is exercising 4x a week, dont eat any junk foods execpt @ Friday. but when i do eat some junk foods at friday, i moderate which means i dont eat a lot of it. And try running around your neighborhood or play a sport that involves running. and i know the feeling, when i dont want to exercise and just lay at the sofa watching tv. but good thing my dad and brother helps me go exercise and eat right :-). Well, if you are looking to lose weight, go to your doctor. Ask if there is anyway he can help you lose weight, like put you on an exercise and/or diet plan. I'm sure you are absolutely beautiful on the inside. If a guy cannot see that you are beautiful, then he is seriously missing out. I believe you could do just about anything by putting your mind to it. I am twelve and understand how you feel. Just don't give up, that never got anybody anywhere. I really hope you reach your goal! :-)

I am the same age as you, and I have the same problem. I weigh like 115, and im trying to lose it. I am starting to get lovehandles, and my stomache is getting bigger, and adding on fat. I do exercise, I try to watch what I eat. But you cant just not eat nothing and hope that works. I tried that, and I got sick, and I lost nothing. You still need your nutritient(however you spell it). I am embarrassed to get into a bathing suit and have fun, and be in pictures. But dont worry, As long as you exercise, and eat right you'll be good. Like at night, dont eat a lot, eat light foods, like a bowl of oatmeal, or something that isnt heavy, because when you do that builds up fat because theres no activity, so the food just sits there.
