Hi am am 13 about to be 14. I am going into high school and I can't stand the fact that I am 5'7 and weigh 160lbs. Some girls at my school would say that I am super tall and that would make me insecure about my height. Then I would look at my weight. And only look up fast exercises to lose weight. And it didn't help that my mom and Dad would keep say "I think we should work out". I haven't lost any weight yet but I have found ways I am going to try out

Heyyyyy! So I'm 13 too and I happen to know a lot about this stuff since my mom works with this and I want to say that your most likely not overweight or fat or anything hits just that you aren't fit enough so I would suggest what anyone else would say and just drink lots of water do some pushups, sit ups, lunges and planks and you'll see that depending on your height you'll either have lost weight or turned excess fat into muscle... And you can try to cut down on gluten and don't cut down on sugars because they are good for you its really the corn syrup and things like that you need to watch out for... so short answer is don't focus on losing weight focus on turning fat into muscle and that should make you look slimmer or whatever (If that's what you wanted)... but no matter what I'm 13 and I weigh about 160lbs and I don't worry about weight because I know I'm healthy and (shockingly) skinny too I'm just really tall for my age... so yeah hope this helped and wasn't too long... bye!

Wow that's really unhealthy do you mean 147 my sister is 10 and weights 93 if you are 47 thats not that good and while you exercise and eat healthy you may not be eating enough I mean there's other reasons for your weight to be that low like a disease or maybe your really short and small but I really hope you mean you weigh 147
