I weigh in between 135-140 pounds, and I really don't like it. I am going to start exercising more, and I noticed I have more confidence to do so if I just focus on being healthy, not skinny. I know i'm not real skinny, but I know if I just forget about that, and focus on being healthy, things will be easier. Just remember to exercise, eat healthy, and love yourself. :)

I'm 13 at 96 pounds, with the height of 5'2. Honestly, what you need to do is start exercising. Like, crunches and such. That is what I do. Just search up good exercises on the internet, or what I did, Pinterest.
Also, how many calories are you taking in? I only take in about 1200, which I just found out is really low. Probably why I'm mostly muscle and little to no fat on my stomach.
What I don't think you should do is to eat so little. Like, what I mean is, instead of big dinner meals, try having smaller things, like plain ham sandwiches and such.
All I do is exercise as far as sports, and some skating/swimming here and there.
Oh, another tip, when you get hungry past about 6-7:30 at night, just chew some gum. And try to keep your mind off of your hunger. Yeah, basically, don't eat late at night.

hi, I am 13 and I weigh about145-150lbs and am rlly insecure about it. I am 5'2 so I am pretty short for my age but that's not whats important. I am simply looking for advice on how to lose some weight because I cant look into my mirror without staring at my stomach and just thinking " why do I have to be so fat?" there are also clothes that I see other girls wearing at school and I just cant help thinking that that could be me. anyway, I am just looking for some advice.
