Hello i am 13 years old,5'9,and weight 221pounds. I would like to lose about 60-70 pounds in 4-5 months. My family doesn't eat healthy. My mom goes to work from 7-6 i mostly be at home with my brother and sister. I try to at least to drink 8 glasses of water a day. I don't go running cause i live in a bad neighborhood. I don't do activities cause i have no way . I have lots and lots of time cause i mostly do nothing the whole day. I have no workout equipment and no one to go through this journal with. So i was wondering if any knows how to lose 60-70 pounds in 4-5 months with the conditions i have? If you do please tell me . I really wabt to do this.
Count your calories. Dont eat more than 1000 calories a day. Drink lukewarm water along with lemon juice in it early in the morning. In breakfast have tea without sugar + 2 biscuits or soup. Lunch and dinner you can opt for brown rice along with salads and green leafy vegetable. There are many work outs which you can do at home like - spot jogging, squats, pushups, yoga, skippig.

Just eat low calories food , watch less hour TV, when you feel hungry eat banana, apple or peppermint and do exercise more.
