im 13years old, im 5' 3", and i weigh 150pounds. ive been tellin myself since last year that i would want to lose weight, but i cant seem 2 stick to any diet or exercise plan! :-| i want to lose 25-30pounds by this summer. i really want to have a pool party, but that means bikini time. i know i can lose the weight but i dnt know how to do so, and keep motivated. Whats a plan?! i will do anything!!

You're not going to lose 25-30 pounds in a month. It is not healthy at all.
Cut out the snacks, soda's, and breads. Eat lean meats, vegetables, and fruits. Drink a glass of water before your meal, it will make you feel fuller sooner. Eat a breakfast, it does help you burn more calories throughout the day.
Then, exercise. Get out and walk or swim. Swimming is a very good, all over, easy on the body, activity.
Remember too, you're in puberty and likely going to be growing. You need good nutrition for that. Starving won't do it.

what i do is i drink water an one fruit juice a day like powerade or apple juice, sunny d, orange juice, etc.
i go to the gym with my friend twice a week and we run a mile or two on the bikes and do bench press and work on our thighs
so far im just trying to lose 1-2 pounds a week. an i try to eat my dinner before six or seven each day.
i'm not trying to be the healthiest person in the world but maybe one or two sweets a week. and i never eat seconds. no matter if im full or not!
an always eat breakfast. its a the key. maybe a light cereal or oatmeal if your in sports like me.

Look into the HCG diet. I'm not a doctor of course, but from my research on it it's very safe, especially the homeopathic forms. It is used to basically "reset" your amigdala (sp) into changing the way it stores fat, so in this way it gets rid of very stubborn fat areas, and is used for those who have hit a plateau. It does not interact with ANY medications, which puts my mind at rest. I'm probably going to start it in the next few weeks! (I'm also wanting to loose those last few stubborn pounds for summer). The only thing that may be hard is the very strict diet that you MUST adhere to. Good luck
