I’ve been suffering from this awful hamstring pain for a while. My discipline is mountain cycling and as you may suppose, this pain causes a lot of troubles. It’s almost impossible to walk, let alone cycle because of it. Do you have any idea how that occurs and what I can do to eliminate it and to prevent this from happening again?

Ouch! That’s very unpleasant. I’m not into cycling but I know that many cyclists suffer from that pain. Maybe it has something to do with incorrect posture or something like that. I don’t know what you’re waiting for and why you don’t go to see your doctor? Maybe you can go to physical therapy and spare yourself form that pain. Try improving your posture and see if that’s maybe caused by that. You can also bring your bike to somebody who fixes bikes and ask him to adjust it and check whether everything is set properly. And are you sure that you haven’t had any injury that you didn’t treat? Maybe it’s caused by that.
