Hey, I'm 14 & had the same problem. All you need to do is stretch everyday if you want to become flexible. It wont happen in a matter of weeks, its something you have to work on. And to keep fit you have to eat the right kinds of food and exercise. when i 11 i used to have a 'Bobble stomach' so i stopped eating all the unhealthy, oily food that they you could buy at school & i walked a lot so that helped. but you're only 13 so when you grow up you may lose some fat like i did
You should look up some yoga videos on youtube. They'll help you stretch slowly to be more flexible and they can actually help you lose weight as well.
Hey, I am a 13 year old gymnast. If you want to be flexible, PRACTICE! Go on YouTube and learn, make sure to always stretch before. Also if you are doing flips, make sure to have a spot. Practice every night. :)
