I'm losing motivation and I need a way to feel motivated and succeed.

I know how you feel.
Hear are some tips I use for motivation.
- Do it for someone else - If you have a spouse, crush, friend or family member you want to prove wrong, this is the way.
- Compete/do it with someone - Challenge someone to that success
- Get a small taste - Do something small such as loosing some weight to get a taste of success
- Make a list of the positives of success - Even if you say "I know what I'll get". It is nice to visualize it
- Do it once with out motivation, and you'll love it the next time
Just remember, a start is a start and rewarding yourself after each step is a great way to accomplish.
