okay so i missed my period and i know im pregnant (about 7 weeks) i had really bad stomach pains and i couldnt eat and lost some weight, anyway about a week and a half ago i got these really sharp stomach pains then i started to bleed these big blood clots and the rest of the day i kept spotting. Does this mean i could have a miscarriage?
