I have no experience in nutrition intake of fats. I am not experience in preparing foods too. But lately I have heard that rice milk have virtually no fats. I am overweight and I need food with low fat. So can you, please, tell me how do I make rice milk?

You need one cup of raw rice, 8 cups of water salt and taste sweetener of your choice. You should soak rice in water for at least three hours. Then place the rice in a pot and cook slowly until it became very soft. At the end add sweetener of your choice.
