Last week when I was running I had a nasty fall and I damaged my heel. I went to the doctor and he gave me medications and my foot was bandaged. But the problem is that it’s still injured and I need to run. Is there something that I should drink, something like pain killer, so that I can be able to run?
You really must be kidding! What, on earth, would make you think that you should and can run with a damaged heel? It’s insane. Hasn’t your doctor told you that you should avoid even walking? Forget about running in that condition and wait until you get better. You can cause even more damage if you even try to go and run. Sometimes people are very irresponsible toward their health. Just like football players get that shot in order to make them able to play after they have had an injury, instead of letting them fully recover. And nobody thinks about how dangerous that may be. So, in order to stay healthy, don’t do such a silly thing.
