I'm a guy, and the first time I masturbated was when my family was asleep. I gett off in the shower about once a week. You can do it either of those times, or when none of your family is home. As for times, that's ideal, or if you are comfortable with it, talk to your family about it. Tell them you want to have some "time for yourself" they will understand.
