I have started to go to gym on Sep 1 and I was just wondering how long does it take for my muscles to show? How much time does it require so someone can notice I have been working out? I’m just curious about this. My plan is to look ripped by the next summer, is it even possible? Also, I have been considering taking some supplements but I don’t know which one should I take. Any suggestions or opinions?
There are a lot of different factors that will determine how fast you will start seeing results. Genetics, diet, workout plan, and your starting point are all factors that will determine your results.
