I am 14 and a half, and im wondering how long will it take to notice muscle growth, if im doing ahigh intenstiy work out on my upper part of the body for 2 weeks, everyday?
Hi, considering your age i would say that you dont really need to wait long until it shows that you have worked out. But you could give some attention to your diet and the way you work out. You say you work out for two weeks , right? Do you work out at home or at the gym? How often do you eat and what do you eat mostly? Based on your answers i could give you some good advice about working out.

Ok, say if everyday, for one hour, for two weeks, i do various excersises that will work on my upper strength like arms and abs.In my house, only using my body weight no gym equipment.Also i eat 4 times a day, mostly on carbs like pasta and lasagne, but still eat once or twice chicken and other protiens. What further information could you give me on that?
